Single and 2 Loop Seed Bulk Bags / Fertiliser Bags LBK Packaging stock and supply 2 Loop or Single Loop Seed Bags for 250 to 1000 kilos. We also manufacture to exact customer specification in various fabric weights and sizes at extremely competitive prices. Food Grade FIBCs All food grade FIBC's supplied by LBK are produced to AIB, BRC and HACCP standards to ensure they are suitable for packing foodstuffs for human consumption. The bags are manufactured in strict clean room conditions using state of the art ultrasonic cutting and sewing equipment. Every food grade FIBC undergo a number of quality checks to eliminate the possibility of contamination. 

Baffle Bags (Q Bags) Standard FIBCs can bulge when filled and therefore take up an increased amount of space. With ‘Q’ Bags an internal support baffle is sewn across each corner to help maintain a cubic shape.  Heat-cut holes in the baffles ensure the smooth flow of material into the corners during filling and discharging. Once filled the' Q' bag will be more stable than a standard FIBC. In addition to a standard FIBC Q Bag we also offer bags with internal Q Liners for more liquid or finer type products where stability is required but a standard Q Bag allows leakage through the seams of the bag or stitching.

Conductive FIBC's LBK Packaging are able to supply Type C and Type D conductive FIBCs as part of our diverse product range.

Type C Conductive FIBC bulk bags require grounding whereas Type D use specially produced interwoven threads which make it no longer possible to ignite a flammable propane air atmosphere with discharge from the FIBCs.
