We supply a varied range of boxes from single wall die cut cartons to heavy duty double wall pallet containers for the export industry. Our diverse stock range allows us to target a multitude of industries which include printing, recycling and waste management, automotive, removal, white goods and pharmaceutical. 
Bespoke items can be manufactured to the customers own requirement usually within one week from receipt of order.

FEFCO Code: 0200 An open top box with flaps meeting at the base, which need to be sealed. Often linked with the 0422 lid and used for storage.

FEFCO Code: 0422 Lid for the 0200 above or used as a tray. This will require a tool to make but is easily erected without sealing.

FEFCO Code: 0201 The most commonly used corrugated case. The flaps meet at the top and bottom and require sealing. This is the most economical way to pack most products. The cartons stack well to minimise the amount of storage space required.

FEFCO Code: 0301 Tray and lid. A cost effective solution typically used for shallow products. As the sides are glued, the 0422 option above is often adopted if presentation is important.

FEFCO Code: 0411 Provides an economical solution to wrapping flat products. 0411 is popular in the flat pack furniture market sector.

FEFCO Code: 0427 Commonly used to give downward strength, as the walls are made up using three pieces of cardboard. It comes in a flat pack form and makes excellent product presentation packaging solution.

FEFCO Code: 0471 Similar to 0427 above, however, over large volumes, this makes a cost effective alternative due to better board utilisation.

FEFCO Code: 0759
Similar to 0427 and 0471, but is not as strong on the downward strength. Typically used in high volume manual packaging environments where speedy erection is needed. It is a health and safety conscious design and has minimal repetitive strain injury potential. Although slightly more expensive, users will benefit from potential labour savings. |

FEFCO Code: 0509 Postal packs typically used for books or large catalogues . |

FEFCO Code: RTF Postal pack based design typically used for books or large catalogues. A more presentation orientated solution than 0509.
